The quality management system of all of our Far East plants is certified to ISO 9001 by the German TÜV.
Before we introduce a product to the UK market it goes through extensive testing.
For example, our handles are tested for durability by the BBA to outlast 25,000 cycles. In addition to this normal type of endurance testing, which is mostly certified by high reputation testing institutes such as: British BSI and BBA, German PIV and ift and Dutch SKG, Vita carries out rigorous in-house testing in its own testing center in Taiwan and Germany.
Therefore, to reflect our confidence in our products, we offer 10 year warranty for all mechanical parts and 2 year PVD surface finish warranty.
